- Strong mechanical ability
- The ability to follow bill of material
- Mechanical assembly
- Experience in fabrication
- Good fine motor skills
- HVAC experience is a bonus
- Soldering electrical components
- Basic electrical AC/DC concepts
- Familiar with and follow policies that pertain to the handling of spare parts: ordering, usage, returns, physical count, stock management, etc.
