3 must haves:Must have either a GED/HS/AA/AS diploma and a willingness to learn and one year of maintenance or equipment technician experience ORExperience with chemical and gas distribution equipment OR Navy nuclear power school OR military mechanic trained; military mechanics; military or manufacturing mechanics; HVAC experience OR recent graduates from Trade schools with a mechanical or technical backgroundMust be able to pass a fit for duty and background checkPosition Details:• The technician supports equipment and delivery systems throughout the customer site. Technicians will start their assignment by receiving safety and core operational training for the first 2-4 weeks. Once that training is complete, they will join a compressed work shift (12 hour shift) where they will perform core operational duties. Core activities include performing container changes, responding to equipment alarms, and performing basic maintenance of the equipment.• They will ensure compliance in operation and maintenance procedures, safety, and drive flawless execution.• The technician will be responsible for supporting over 500 pieces of distribution equipment of various types and vendors.• You will drive a ZERO safety or quality incident culture.• The individual will also be involved in the Basic Safety Process, quality management, preventative maintenance, and training.• With experience you will also support the installation, decommissioning, troubleshooting and repair of all electronic systems, precursor delivery systems, and bulk chemical distribution systems.• Inexperienced and experienced will undergo on-the-job, technical training, and qualification program.
