Troubleshoot PLC's and Drives3. Respond to reported automation, vision, and robot issues4. Replace any necessary components such as sensors, electric wiring, cylinders, bearings, conveyors, motors, air/ vaccum lines, and valves5. Perform Electrical maintenance as needed on machinesQuality Technician:1. Check quality of product per spot-check schedule2. Assure QC perfomed to Quality Tolerance standards3. Perform article tests4. Maintain required laboratory records, equipment, and safety/ housekeeping duties as neededMolding Technician:1. Set-up, start up, and maintain production equipment2. Ensure quality by verifying that production meets required specifications thru adjustments and documenting any changes to the process3. Identify production, scrap, and downtime. Update Supervisor4. Assist mold changer, Utility, Inspector and keep supervisor/ lead technician informed5. Assure daily preventative maintenance requirements.Tooling Technician:1. Inspection and cleaning of all molds2. Complete internal repairs and mold evaluations3. Inspection of all molds after external repair/ test runs4. Maintain mold boxes and skids5. Assist with crating/ uncrating tools and components.6. Update mold maintenance databasesMaintenance Technician:1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, buildings, and grounds2. Carry out preventative maintenance on all production equipment according to maintenance plans3. Perform emergency repairs as directed by supervisor4. Evaluate and troubleshoot all electrical/ mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery and equipment.5. Daily report to Maintenance SupervisorAll positions require regular safety standards, housekeeping, and training within the department as needed. All other duties as requiredQualificationsAutomation Technician:1. 5-7 years maintenance and automation experience preferred2. Must be mechanically inclined and have previous electrical experience3. Must be familiar with the operation of PLCs, Drives, and robots4. Must have willingness to take a hands-on approach during times of process interruoption5. Must be safety and quality conscience at all times.Quality Technician:1. Working knowledge of ISO2. SQF knowledge3. Previous Quality experience preferredMolding Technician:1. Working knowledge of ISO and SQF2. Previous processing experience in a Injection Molding facility preferred3. Mechnically inclined4. Safety and quality conscience at all timesTooling Technician:1. Working knowledge of ISO 9000/ QS 9000 and SQF2. Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding3. Experience related to quality testing, inspection, and measuring of plastic parts4. Ability to properly start/ shut down injection molding machines and support equipment including robotsMaintenance Technician:1. Prior maintenance experience2. Communication Skills3.
