Our client is looking for a hardworking, motivated, experienced Manufacturing Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined! Able to read blueprints, follow work instructions, and apply training and experience to assemble, test, and repair complex aerospace components.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Painesville, OH

What's the Job?

• Working with hydraulic fluid and testing equipment.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Use specialized testing equipment, follow written instructions, and engineering drawings.
• Address complex issues: identify and fix problems with equipment and systems.
• Perform preventative and diagnostic maintenance on equipment; hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Certificate from College or Technical School.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry related experience. (Military and small engine experience will be taken into consideration)
• Proficient in using standard precision gages and measurement equipment.
• Basic working knowledge of PC-Based programs.
• Strong ability to work with your hands and ability to view small part pieces.
• Ability to read, understand, and refer to technical manuals and drawings.
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Problem solving skills.
• Documentation and record maintenance/keeping logs.
• Have a Positive, Can-Do-Attitude - Naturally curious.
