It is my job to give motivated, intelligent, and competitive full time college students and college graduates an opportunity to attend a Marine Corps leadership training course. For college graduates, the training is 10-weeks and occurs every May, September, and January WITHOUT incurring any service obligation. If you are in college, it is either 6 or 10 weeks and takes place over the summer WITHOUT affecting your college degree program.
So, if are looking to have an experience that will challenge you to become a better version of yourself and improve your leadership skills – read on.
Our program works similar to a paid internship.
Too good to be true? Yes, but it IS true! We use this program as a 2-way interview process. Qualified graduates get to experience Marine Corps leadership training and the Marine Corps gets to evaluate graduates on their leadership potential.
