If so, Keller Williams Partners is looking for you!As the MCA, you will be the operational and financial leader of our Market Center, working closely with the Operating Principal (OP) and Team Leader (TL) to ensure the Market Center's growth and profitability. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on creating systems, managing finances, leading the administrative team, and providing exceptional support to agents.ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership:•Build and manage systems that drive efficiency and profitability.•Ensure smooth office operations and effective agent support.Financial Management:•Oversee bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.•Monitor Market Center profitability and align strategies with•Keller Williams' Growth Initiative.Administrative Team Leadership:•Hire, lead, and coach the administrative team.•Foster accountability, empowerment, and professional growth.Collaboration with Leadership:•Partner with OP and TL to align operations with growth and•financial goals.•Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and provide strategic support.Agent Service and Support:•Act as a reliable resource for agents.•Create systems and tools that enhance the agent experience and•reduce friction.Qualifications•1-3 years of experience in financial management, office administration, or operations leadership.•Proficiency in bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.•Strong organizational and time management skills.•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.•Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.•Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
