Position Summary: Provide sales leadership and business development opportunities for assigned branches/market with emphasis on deposit acquisition, lending, and non-interest income generation for consumer and small business segments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Daily breakdown of time expectations:
- 70% - Sourcing Deposit and Loan - 5.5 hr daily
- 20% - Processing loans and deposits - 1.5 hr daily
- 10% - Coaching and Developing Sales Staff - 1 hr daily
- Maintain updates to the Public Funds Database monthly
- Maintain updates to the Centers of Influence Database monthly
- Conduct and/or assign weekly communication meetings with Branch regarding one of the following topics on a rotating basis: customer acquisition, product knowledge, branch goal review, team building activities or other topics as needed
- Divide and assign quarterly Top Client list to CSR II and CSR III
- Partner with Commercial Lender for personal and/or business opportunities which includes opening accounts, processing consumer loan requests and attending joint calls as requested
- Ability to open accounts and process loan requests from origination to closing
- Handle difficult situations as needed in a professional manner
- Review and update goal trackers weekly
- Actively participate in weekly MDM calls and monthly one-on-one coaching sessions
- Work with other MDM's as needed to encourage a team environment
- Attend and complete training assignments as assigned Identify and participate in community events monthly
- Document and attain goals quarterly as assigned
- Regular and predictable attendance

Work Experience Qualifications: - 3 years' experience in a customer service environment establishing customer relationships and producing sales.
- Requires advanced interpersonal/communication skills to anticipate customer needs, diffuse problem situations, and regularly motivate, influence and lead others to deliver customer service and sales excellence.
Education Requirements: - College Degree plus 5-7 years in banking/financial services with a strong sales and relationship emphasis, or verifiable combination of education and experience.
- Masterful in the sales process, leading high producing sales teams, achieving various goals and professional involvement in market/community. Education, training, or verifiable experience in sales required.
Licensing or Certification Requirements: - Notary required.
