This role plays a critical part in expanding Ethos Laboratories' footprint in existing and emerging markets by providing actionable insights, supporting strategic planning, and driving initiatives to enhance brand recognition and service adoption.Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the Market Development Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align growth strategies with the company's mission of delivering innovative diagnostic solutions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMarket Opportunity Identification:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities within the diagnostic services and clinical laboratory sectors.
  • Analyze trends in chronic disease management, addiction recovery, and behavioral health diagnostics to align Ethos' offerings with market demands.
  • Identify geographic regions and customer segments where Ethos can expand its presence and services.
Data Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze data from internal systems, market reports, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data-driven decision-making for strategic initiatives.
Brand Expansion and Messaging:
  • Partner with marketing to enhance Ethos Laboratories' brand message and align it with customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for brand expansion through targeted outreach, events, and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across marketing materials, campaigns, and customer communications.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track the success of market development initiatives and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to market growth and brand expansion.
  • Provide quarterly reports to leadership with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated success in identifying and executing growth strategies in competitive markets.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.
