Job Overview:

The Market Development Representative helps grow our company by finding and contacting new customers. You'll be the first person potential clients talk to, and your job is to see if they might be interested in our products. You'll build relationships and turn interested people into real sales opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and qualify new leads
• Contact potential customers
• Build and maintain relationships
• Convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Entry-level position (ideal for recent or soon-to-be graduates)
• Recent graduate with up to 1 year of sales experience (BDR or SDR experience preferred)

Compensation:

• $48,000 Base Salary
• Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
• Total potential earnings of $60,000-$70,000 in the first year
