Job Overview:

NAI Robert Lynn's Office Division is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Market Director for our Tenant Representation team. This entry-level position offers a pathway to a successful career in office leasing and sales. The opportunities includes teammate and non-teammate positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in assigned markets.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling and networking.
• Represent tenants in office lease and purchase negotiations.
• Conduct market research and provide data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities to optimize client deals and collaborate with senior advisors to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in commercial real estate.
• Strong interest in learning the technical skills of sales.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Texas Real Estate Salesperson License (or willingness to obtain).

Training Program (3-6 Months):

• Mentorship from senior professionals.
• Hands-on experience with market research, client engagement, and negotiations.
• Exposure to local market trends and economic factors.
• Shadowing on client meetings, property tours, and transactions.
