As a Market General Manager, youll contribute to the overall vision and strategic planning of the organization by offering oversight of financial, operational, and quality measures. You'll will work closely with other members of the market leadership team, health plans, and our joint venture provider groups.
Work cross-functionally and strategically with Finance, Business Development, Operations, Care Management, Product, Data Science, Medical Affairs, Talent, and the Executive Team to achieve shared success and impact.
** Who We're Looking For**
The ideal Market General Manager should have experience with Medicare Advantage health plan offerings and populations of patients with chronic conditions with an ability to
execute on a vision of creating a strong best-in-class payer/provider solution.
Extensive PnL experience with demonstrated success operating on Budget and understanding of key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to create operational dashboards that communicate the story of the company's performance. Solution-oriented mindset and work ethic, with a willingness to help with a variety of jobs to get things done in a timely manner. This role requires up to 20% of travel.
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ? The Market General Manager will play an important part in the development of our company from the ground up. ? Responsible for the strategy, growth, and operational oversight of one or more business partnerships or ventures within the market. ? Managing the post-sales life-cycle of client portfolios.
** Minimum Qualifications You Should Have**
? Bachelors Degree in Business or relevant field / MBA
? 10+ years of experience in health care operations and value-based risk contracts in capitated arrangements.
? Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with strong communication skills.
? Experience manipulating published reports and dashboards in Tableau is helpful.
