- Owns the Market P&L, driving sales while managing the bottom line.
- Develops and leads a team of Store Managers providing leadership, direction and continued coaching and feedback
- Builds a talent bench by developing internal talent and attracting external talent
- Drives a high-performance culture with a customer-centric approach that achieves results
- Executes plans and delivers results against the company's long-term strategy
- Inspires and motivates teams on the company's Game Plan
- Leads change throughout the Market
- Ensures the execution of the merchandising experience throughout the Market
- Executes all selling and delivery initiatives
- Sets clear expectations and holds teams accountable to operational standards
- Keeps current on local competition to share promotional and operational insights with store teams and home office partners.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents including profit and loss statements
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and team members
- Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proven experience in strategic and organizational development, including the ability to attract, develop and retain best in class talent across a multi-unit environment
- Proficient using business related technology systems
- Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
- Adaptability; flexible to changing market forces and shifting priorities
- Ability to break down complex ideas and communicate them in simple and easy to understand ways
