The Market Operations Supervisor will directly manage a team of Sales Support Representatives who provide the delivery, setup and training of therapy solutions for in-home post-operative recovery and rehabilitation. Responsibilities for the Market Operations Supervisor include hiring and developing assigned Sales Support Representatives, as well as managing the overall performance of the team. The Market Operations Supervisor is also responsible for providing leadership, resolving customer service issues, working with Account Managers, training Sales Support Representative on daily operational techniques, driving to visit customers on service calls, maintaining a high level of customer care, achieving 100% end-user satisfaction, inventory and dealing with operational issues that affect serviceBase + mileage allowance, 401k, full benefits, and PTO
