About the Role

Title - Marketing and Admin Specialist

Hours - TBD, Approximately 40 hrs/week

Pay - Commensurate with skill and experience

You will be involved in meeting preparation, financial strategy creation, follow-up, and process improvement. You will work alongside advisors and the admin team on projects focused on improving client service and education, advice delivery, and deepening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals and vision.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify tasks and responsibilities that can be delegated away from the CEO.
  • Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by liaising with various teams and departments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive organizational success.
  • Coordinate team member reviews.
  • Proactively identify challenges and propose effective solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in a senior-level administrative or management role, preferably within wealth management or financial services, or similar entrepreneurial experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
