Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator Intern supports the Boisset Collection brands with a focus on ensuring all collateral is on brand and up to date through design, assisting with the planning and execution of key events, supporting the brand team on administrative tasks and helping on social media initiatives. Essential Functions: • Assist design team in various design projects including but not limited to winery collateral, sales POS needs, tasting room collateral, brand presentations and more, ensuring each piece is on brand and messaging is reaching end consumer effectively • Support the Digital Marketing and Content Manager through social content creation to be used across platforms, share insights and research on new and creative ways to share content; develop and execute key social media programs across brands with the guidance of brand managers and digital marketing manager • Support Brand Managers on various tasks including but not limited to sampling, custom POS, accolade sheets, winery events, presentations and more • Manage brand content on BoissetCollection.com, SevenFifty, BoissetOnDemand.com and other websites as needed by reviewing and updating assets in a timely manner; manage and update the graphic library to increase ease of searching for images • Update technical note tracker for brand managers and ensure updated bottle shots are produced on time; create new tech note templates in Canva for ease of updating • Coordinate and help execute events for both off-site pourings and on-site events including National Sales Meeting, auctions, and others as needed • Support data collection and market research to inform the development of marketing initiatives • Represent winery at special hospitality events and marketing functions as needed • Act as an ambassador for Boisset at all times, interacting with neighbors, industry partners, and customers. Attend community tastings and events as requested Additional Functions: • Comply with all company safety policies, practices, and procedures. Participate in safety training and report all unsafe conditions or work practices. • Participate in team efforts and perform additional duties as needed. Necessary Skills: Language: Ability to speak and understand Basic English required for all positions. • Experience with multiple CMS systems, WordPress specifically. Basic or advanced knowledge of HTML preferred. • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other photo & video editing software to create website and social networking content. Photography and videography skills a plus. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as memos, instructions, policies and manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to present information effectively to groups of customers and/or employees and participate in one-on-one and small group situations. Math: • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, using standard American units of currency, weight, volume, and/or distance. Ability to recognize and correct inaccuracies when using calculator or computer spreadsheet. Logic: • Ability to apply common sense understanding to multiple tasks, analyze and solve practical problems, prioritize and delegate tasks and projects, work both independently and as part of a team, and adapt to frequent changes in the work environment. Computer: • Possess advanced intermediate computer skills which can include e-mail, internet, word processing, spreadsheet, database activity, graphic arts and/or publishing, intranet systems, and basic programming. Education, Experience, Certificates, Licenses: • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a 4-year college or university; or 12-24 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Current, valid Driver's License, insurable driving record, and proof of current automobile insurance required. Physical Requirements: • Light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach, handle items, and work with the fingers. May require lifting and moving objects up to 20 lbs. in weight. Clear vision, close and distant, and ability to adjust focus. Hearing adequate for telephone and office level conversation. Work Environment • Well lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. Minimal noise level typical of business office: computers, printers, telephones, light traffic. May or may not include periods in autos, airplanes, and/or lodging facilities. Schedule and Travel Requirements • Primarily a set business-hours schedule but may require weekends, periodic evenings, and/or periodic or seasonal overtime. • Position may include minimal overnight travel and/or travel by auto or air.
