Summary:The Consumer Integrated Marketing (IM) organization is responsible for amalgamating all integrated consumer marketing initiatives across the Central Marketing Organization (CMO), Client's Consumer Group (the Business Unit) & Field organizations. This role will sit under the operations pillar, which is responsible for consumer marketing plans, processes, executive alignment and systems/tools enabling our organization and stakeholder partners. The Marketing Planning Analyst II position will be responsible for:
- Requirement gathering and implementation of new processes and feature enhancements/iterations to the 2025 Annual and Quarterly planning functionality in IM's new PM software, Workfront
- Discovery and Ways of Working output for 2025 Agency OOS process workflows, and other partner team workflows such as Retail
- Discovery and evolution of our Integrated Marketing Master Messaging Calendars ( IM Master Plan )
- Planned vs. Actual reporting for 1H/2H Business Reviews
- Marketing Planning Support, including but not limited to:
- All end-to-end consumer marketing planning efforts including but not limited to the annual/quarterly business plans, business sponsor roadmaps, marketing priorities/ trade-offs, CMO resourcing & agency commitments.
- Quarterly Retail Strategy Sessions
- Managing meetings, agendas, calendars, and slide decks.
- Working with cross channel teams to ensure content is submitted on time and on schedule.
- Working with Executive Assistants to coordinate Executive schedules.
- Performing ad hoc project-related duties as requested.
- Slideware/deck building and q/c-ing (linking, presenter name updates, page numbers, template building)
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Fluency in Google Workspace including the ability to create polished, executive facing slideware.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete important time sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to last minute changes and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Can-do attitude, results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive, problem solver and flexible.
- Strong verbal communication skills and polished written skills.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- The ability to ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive and protected information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Six or more years of relevant work experience
