Minimum of 4-5 years' experience designing print and digital assets in a corporate setting, with health care industry experience a plus. Ideal candidate will have experience as an in-house designer or at an ad agency designing for both business to business and business to consumer audiences. Work samples are required to apply for this position. Extensive knowledge in print design and working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint); experience with press checks a plus. Experience in video editing a plus. Experience creating digital assets that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits all screens. Proficient with both Macintosh and PC platforms. Strong sense of concept development, layout composition, color theory, typography and paper stock. Customer-centric approach to graphic design and comfortable accepting and re-working designs as necessary to incorporate constructive feedback. Must be a team player. Highly motivated self-starter. Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Your key responsibilities: This role is responsible for the conceptualization, design and layout of print material and digital graphics, including but not limited to, brochures/flyers/posters, journal/magazine/newspaper advertising, direct mail and content marketing (digital, social media assets, and more) to support and promote MVP's brand and acquisition/retention efforts. This position will improve our customer experience by bringing the MVP brand to life and telling the MVP story, keeping it consistent across various touchpoints. Responsible for understanding, implementing and promoting MVP's Brand Standards and Guidelines, ensuring that materials are designed with a consistent look, tone and feel. This role collaborates with the design and production team, internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors, bringing new ideas for design and content creation to the team. Responsible for other design needs such as presentations, signage, and interactive design. Maintain MVP's brand image library. Perform other duties as assigned.
