Our product range features caps and plugs, wire and cable management, flange protection, knobs, handles and grips, accesshardware, PCB and electronics hardware.We currently have a job opening for a Marketing and Customer Data Analyst to be based in Erie, PA or Houston, TX. This is a hybrid job that will work in-office 3 days a week and from home 2 days per week.Job Summary:The Marketing and Customer Data Analyst will work within the marketing and customer data team to support the implementation of data management and analytical strategies that align with marketing and business objectives. The analyst also provides actionable data insights to various stakeholders across the business.The position encompasses cleansing, enriching, standardizing, migrating and monitoring our global customer and contact data within our various CRM and ERP systems. This will be accomplished by utilizing analytical tools such as Alteryx and Excel in conjunction with data visualization tools such as PowerBI. Third party data will also be utilized to cleanse and enrich customer and contact data. Additionally, data management tools within D365CE will be utilized to maintain our customer and contact information.The marketing aspect of the role works closely with the AMERS marketing team to design and implement data models and reports that provide insight into the effectiveness of marketing activities, including ROI calculations. Additionally, the analyst is responsible for preparing and loading lead data into CRM platforms. Typical Accountabilities:•Creates reports & dashboards to monitor marketing activity performance•Implements month end reporting processes•Contributes to improvements in Marketing Return on Investment•Produces insights, dashboards and reports using visualization software such as PowerBI•Uses Alteryx to manipulate and clean data across multiple CRM and ERP platforms•Combines and analyses data from disparate sources•Liaises with IT teams to resolve data quality issues•Accountable for the alignment of MSS and BPCS customer and contact data with D365 CE•Supports the AMERS Marketing Director with data migration activities to support the ongoing rollout of BPR. Activities include, but are not limited to, the management of key configuration tables such as sales territories, the preparation of CE data for migration into F&O, the enrichment of CE customer and contact data in preparation for integration with F&O. •Performs related job duties as needed and assigned by supervisor.Skills and Experience:•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, statistics/analytics or related fields•Prefer at least 1 year of experience in business analysis, continuous improvement / lean manufacturing leadership, analytical role or a related field.•Self-starter with the ability to develop and implement strategies in line with the company's business vision.•Excellent problem-solving, reasoning and analytical ability.•Experienced in deploying data-driven decision making.•Ability to interpret complex information and identify improvement opportunities.•Demonstrates an aptitude for attention to detail in their work.•Comfortable dealing with large data sets; advanced Excel skills are required.•Driven by success with a high degree of energy, motivation and confidence.•Ability to manage multiple projects with cross functional teams from all levels of the organization.•Ability to collaborate, motivate and influence stakeholders to accomplish goals.•Experience managing data within Microsoft D365 or Salesforce is a plus but not required.•SQL coding experience is a plus but not required.•Experience working with Alteryx or similar ETL tools, and experience managing databases, would be a plus but not required.We offer a competitive compensation package, full benefits package, and generous time off.Essentra is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we comply with E-Verify.
