Using cutting-edge research and evidence-based approaches, employees implement lasting change with a positive impact for the people of Wisconsin.The Department of Corrections is currently recruiting to fill a Correctional Enterprises Specialist- Senior (Marketing and Design Specialist) position. This position is based out of Oakhill Correctional Institution (Product Development Center) in Oregon, WI. Position Summary This position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of information in support of the BCE web presence, marketing, sales and maintenance of BCE product and services. This would include, but not be limited to, deliverables such as: product and services price lists, product and services brochures, product operation and instruction documents, product description and pricing database, product cost tracking and pricing assistance, and BCE's e-commerce website. Additionally, the specialist will be expected to work closely as part of the product and service development and improvement processes. The specialist is also expected to provide training to BCE workers in the use of computer based applications that are used to build the deliverables listed above, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other database maintenance and graphic design tools. Salary Information This position is in pay schedule and range 03-14 with a starting pay of $25.09. Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire.
