Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Specialist:
- Assist in creating marketing materials like brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
- Collaborate on social media management, content scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media analytics and report key metrics.
- Support event planning, coordination, and promotion.
- Help implement digital marketing campaigns, including email and online advertising.
- Maintain and update the cooperative's website.
Member Services:
- Respond to member inquiries with accurate, timely information regarding cooperative events.
- Address concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Engage with members for feedback, assess satisfaction, and improve services.
- Assist in developing member communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience in marketing support or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools.
- Familiar with social media and digital marketing concepts.

Work Environment:
