Description:The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Multi Market Marketing Managers withimplementing and executing strategic Panera Bread marketing plans for the entire district to maintain consistent messaging, attract potential customers, and achieve profit objectives.Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:•Co-coordinates and participates in Panera Bread market advertising campaigns•Supports Multi Market Marketing Managers with evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy•Ensures consistency of both internal and external cafe market messaging•Communication of marketing plans and objectives•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver, and execute successful marketing campaigns•Conduct competitive and customer analysis reporting to Multi Market Marketing Manager•Conduct formal marketing analysis to identity key trends and opportunities•Provide best practice research to channel owners and facilitate cross-functional sharing•Supporting Multi Market Marketing Manager with organizing and executing of local cafe marketing plans•Supporting Multi Market Marketing Manager and Panera Bread Marketing Team objectives•Supports Multi Market Marketing Manager with formulating, directing, and coordinating marketing activities and policies, working with Panera advertising team•Implementing as directed, pricing strategy to maximize profit and market share•Executes budgets, including expenditures, research, development, and return-on-investment•As directed completes sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure sales and profitability by analyzing business marketing developments and monitoring market trends•Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential•Collaborates with Call Center Manager to develop and effectively manage catering accounts and opportunities•Identifies, qualifies, and solicits new catering accounts
