Overview
Southern region - onsite required a couple of days/week.
Provides administrative and project support with a focus on marketing, communications, and community partnerships and sponsorships.
Responsibilities
Marketing Support
* Assists in developing and producing promotional and health education materials such as brochures, newsletters, posters, and flyers.
* Collects marketing research and data, compiles the information in an easy-to-understand manner, and displays in an appropriate format to support the marketing team.
* Manages the brand look and feel throughout southern New Hampshire locations by rounding weekly to keep marketing collateral and promotional materials (flyers, posters, etc.) up-to-date, accessible and within brand standards.
Marketing, Partnerships and Sponsorships Support
* Supports the preparation and coordination of community and sponsorship events.
* Drafts internal and external communications around community partnerships and sponsorships
* Keeps track of giveaways for events, including maintaining the inventory of giveaways and ordering inventory for events.
* Helps to manage attendance at events, including employee attendance and engagement.
* Manages intake and data collection around Partnerships and Sponsorships to help in prioritization and decision-making processes.
* Assists with budget and invoice tracking.
* Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or business communications OR Associate's degree with 2 years of experience in marketing or business communications..
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated, creative, proactive, and a proficient multitasker
* Works well with minimal supervision while able to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
* Willing to work evenings and weekend events
* Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Bilingual abilities preferred
* Content writing experience preferred
