We believe the best scientific innovations are built through collaborations.Summary of Position: The Marketing Associate will support various marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign management, social media engagement, and market research, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.Essential Functions:
- Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize results.
- Social media: Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers. Track social media metrics and report on performance.
- Marketing Analytics Software: Utilize marketing analytics software to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, customer behavior, and key metrics. Generate actionable insights to inform data-driven marketing strategies, optimize ROI, and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
- SEO Management: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance online visibility. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and implement strategies to improve keyword rankings and overall search engine presence.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and other promotional events. Create marketing materials and manage post-event follow-up.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Support initiatives to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and R&D, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
QualificationsEducation Required: Bachelor's Degree Computer Skills Required: Adobe Suite, Shopify, LinkedIn, Microsoft Suites, Salesforce (similar CRM tool)Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems-requiredSalesforce and Shopify-preferred Other qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
