- Associates degree (or greater) or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a plus
The responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Maintain all digital signage and best utilize it as a promotion tool, keeping content fresh and up-to-date
- Support the distribution of program information through school district e-folders and community guides
- Maintain organization-wide event calendar and team resource library
- Support texting software association-wide
- Manage purchasing of branded items
- Represent the marketing team on committees and serve as liaison for organizational events and initiatives
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
