First and foremost, ensuring that all campaign execution work is done correctly and on time. Attending meetings and understanding which projects pertain to them, and executing projects with extreme attention to detail, and in a timely manner. Responding to requests on slack, attending 1:1's, and asking great questions. Coordinating with teams cross-functionally to set up and execute webinars. Running analytics on tactics and making optimization recommendations. Please do not allow candidates to apply if they intend to negotiate after going through the interview process. _______________________________ The Healthcare and Life Sciences Services Industry Campaigns team is looking for a Marketing Associate who will be responsible for helping plan, build, and execute our marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. You will not only own key operational processes and deliverables that help bring our campaigns to market, but also be a key partner in building the strategy, analyzing performance, and providing data-driven optimization recommendations. The ideal candidate has a foundation of marketing experience and is the right balance of creative and analytical, willing to own a variety of projects ranging from webinar planning to landing page analysis. Being a self-starter, organized, and with an appetite for new and interesting projects is a must. Additionally, experience or familiarity with one or more of the healthcare and life sciences services sub-sectors is a plus (but not required): Providers, Payers, Pharma, MedTech, and Public Sector. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE - Help with yearly and quarterly planning process by understanding insights and building campaign plans - Quarterback marketing projects with a cross-functional stakeholder team. You will lead projects from planning through in-market execution and reporting - Create operational deliverables in Salesforce applications - Build, run and explain reports on marketing performance; produce quantitative and qualitative analysis of marketing efforts - Manage end-to-end processes across several multi-channel marketing programs simultaneously - Help prepare and present campaign performance for our cross-functional partners SKILLS -Bachelor s Degree in marketing or similar field, with a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals - 2+ years of experience in a demand generation role (B2B Marketing a plus) - Understanding of key marketing channels, including email, webinars, social and paid media - Outstanding written and oral communication skills - Proactive mindset- identifying gaps and taking initiative - Proven ability to work cross-functionally - Active listener and participant in meetings - Ability to manage projects against tight timelines - Comfort working on a variety of projects simultaneously - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience with *** applications preferred - Experience with marketing technology preferred - Expertise with Google Suite
