Tests are performed at our 25,000 square -foot ultra - automated facility in Jupiter Florida. Job Summary

Access Medical Labs is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation, digital trends, and data-driven strategies. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in growing our presence in the healthcare and diagnostics industry while contributing to the development of impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising. Maintaining the content & campaign calendar.
  • Content Development: Create engaging content, such as blogs, social media posts, email copy, and marketing materials, aligned with brand messaging.
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to create workflows, manage campaigns, and optimize customer journeys.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the company's social media presence through creative strategies and timely updates. Maintain Social Calendar and post schedules.
  • Event Coordination: Support marketing efforts for events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure marketing alignment with business goals and sales initiatives.
  • Research & Trends: Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure competitive positioning.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a marketing role; OR
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Compensation:

$55,000 to $67,000 per year

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
