About the job:

NEOS Investments, LLC seeks a highly motivated and growth oriented Marketing Associate to serve as a vital part of an experienced team of investment professionals. The Marketing Associate will work directly with the Head of Marketing to support a robust marketing program spanning both digital and traditional media channels to promote the potential value propositions of ETFs issued by NEOS Investments to varying audiences.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage the production of marketing collateral and maintain an updated library of approved materials on a monthly basis
• Help manage production and publishing of content to company website, social media channels, and through the company's marketing automation platform
• Work with other departments as needed to maintain and update marketing materials
• Work collaboratively with Compliance teams to ensure all ETF-related marketing materials are in accordance with the latest FINRA and SEC rules and regulations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Experience using web content management systems and marketing automation platforms (Wordpress and Pardot preferred)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics preferred), as well as the Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to independently manage time to meet deadlines and deliverables
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS degree, (marketing and/or communications preferred)
• 1-3 years' relevant work experience in marketing or communications (experience with financial services marketing preferred)
