Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Representative, youll play a pivotal role in our organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Needs Analysis and Client Education:

Conduct detailed insurance sales needs analysis via phone or Zoom with clients.

Educate clients about the differences between term and whole life insurance.

Identify matching insurance plans and services that align with clients unique situations.

Assist clients through the application process.

Sales and Application Completion:

Close sales by accurately completing applications.

Utilize your sales skills to connect with clients and address their insurance needs.

Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with internal support teams, trainers, and customer service representatives.

Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless client experiences.

Other Duties:

Perform any related duties as needed to contribute to the teams success.
