Just Salad is looking for a Marketing Associate to join the Marketing Team. In this role, you'll be assisting the Senior Brand Manager in crafting engaging content across all of our marketing channels and supporting brand partnerships. Thisis a temp position with the ability to go permanent for the right person.This position is be based out of our NYC office and will be required to be in the office 4x's per week. As the Marketing Associate, your responsibilities will include:Copywriting
- Write clear, effective copy across a range of marketing channels while upholding our distinct brand voice.
- Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with designers, internal teammates, and partners on large- and small-scale marketing projects.
- Edit and proofread copy as needed.
Partnership Support
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential brand partners.
- Propose new marketing opportunities and execute strategies for brand partnerships.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with brand partners.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of brand partnerships.
- Manage budgeting and reporting of brand partnerships.
- Partnership event marketing support.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
- Excellent creative writing skills and ability to uphold brand tone of voice in a variety of mediums. Be prepared to share examples of your work.
- Ability to manage partner relationships and execute all brand partnership activations.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times.
Benefits:- $30-$35/hr. Actual rate pending on experience.
