Job Description:

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will join the Americas organization within the global UltiMaker company. Our region has an Omni-Channel sales approach that s leading the charge to grow new business and retain customers. Within our organization, your responsibilities are:

  • Be our Marketo automation expert, utilizing your deep understanding of Marketo programs and Design Studio
  • Deploy innovative solutions that enhance our marketing automation, personalization, and lead generating programs
  • Monitor and analyze email performance data to drive insights and optimize the performance of our Marketo automation initiatives
  • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance Marketo personalization and automation on forms, landing pages, and emails, as well as improving prospect engagement and conversion rates
  • Troubleshoot data synchronization issues between our systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders, to understand their objectives and deliver impactful solutions that drive results
  • Additional collaboration with Sales Operations and Salesforce Administrators will be essential as you implement new capabilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Identify key channels and deploy integrated marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data management processes
  • Ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, optimize marketing technology stack, and maintain data integrity across systems
  • Lead the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to deliver personalized customer experiences
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels, establish lead management processes, and provide sales enablement support to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation

To be our Marketing Automation Specialist, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce CRM
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Experience working with HTML and CSS for creating landing pages, forms, and email templates
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze marketing data, measure campaign performance, and optimize marketing strategies
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
  • Have experience working directly with designers and can familiarize themselves with Figma and/or other digital marketing design tools
  • Experience with A/B testing campaigns and assets via MKTO or other automation tools
  • Proficiency in the use of Google Suite and MS Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Outgoing, creative, and detail-oriented individual with high personal standards and a hands-on work style
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams and drive alignment between marketing and sales
  • Comfortable working at a varying pace, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities often, and handling frequent interruptions
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing
  • Experience in building lead scoring and lead management processes that align Marketing and Sales
