Title : Business Development Coordinator/Specialist
Location: Century City/Beverly Hills, or Downtown Los Angeles
Reporting to : Associate Director, Business Development

A top International law firm is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join their Los Angeles office. This position involves providing comprehensive support to attorneys across all aspects of marketing and business development for their West Coast Offices, such as event coordination, rankings and awards submissions, pitches and proposals, branding initiatives, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a vital role in:
- Event Coordination: Supporting the planning and execution of client events, industry conferences, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.
- Pitch and Proposal Preparation: Assisting with the production of client-facing materials, including RFP responses and presentations. Tasks include proofreading, formatting, editing, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Content Management: Maintaining and updating marketing collateral such as practice descriptions, brochures, case studies, accolade summaries, and attorney bios.
- Market Intelligence: Conducting research to provide insights into industries, competitors, and client relationships.
- CRM and Database Management: Utilizing the firm's CRM system to manage client outreach and marketing campaigns.
- Branding and Communications: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms, including social media and the firm's website.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in a professional services setting (law firm, consulting, CPA, or engineering firm).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), CRM(Salesforce, InterAction, Foundation, etc.),
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in Partner/Executive level communication is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
