Job Summary: The Marketing Communication Specialist will be responsible for content migration, taxonomy management, and ensuring brand compliance within a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with CMS platforms. Experience with corporate branding and the ability to manage tasks independently is key.
Key Responsibilities:- Migrate content from the old DAM system, downloading and organizing files, and uploading them to the new platform.
- Manage taxonomy by tagging assets based on defined categories and metadata.
- Migrate content from extensive Excel spreadsheets and align data with specific templates for loading into the new DAM system.
- Ensure all materials are compliant with corporate branding guidelines.
- Populate brand guidelines and other relevant content into the new DAM system using its CMS.
- Ensure user accessibility by making the DAM platform user-friendly and easy to navigate.
- (Bonus) Assist with basic graphic design tasks to support the marketing team.
Required Qualifications:- 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with CMS and DAM systems.
- Strong understanding of taxonomy and data organization.
- Proficiency in Excel for content migration and data alignment.
- Familiarity with corporate branding and brand guideline implementation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:- Graphic design skills are a plus.
