J.P. Morgan Advisors (JPMA) is the high net worth and ultra high net worth division of JP Morgan Wealth Management - a critical growth business for the firm. This role will be a strong and critical addition to the JPMA Marketing team providing integral, strategic support to a fast moving organization. As a Marketing Content and Brand Associate, you will work closely with our immediate team, and partner with other colleagues across the Wealth Management Marketing and Wealth Management Content & Communications organizations to deliver value related programs, client-centric collateral and new tools that help our advisors grow their business. You will own and manage an expanding, robust suite of digital and printed collateral that our JPMA advisors use with prospecting and to deepening relationships with clients. This exciting role would give you direct experience to senior leadership in the business and marketing, and end to end visibility into a variety of projects, including process development, collateral development and sales support related to a rapidly growing business unit of the firm, particularly with the recent acquisition of heritage First Republic. At the core, you will be responsible for helping to maintain materials, such as brochures, pitchbooks, slide presentations, one-pagers, kits, branded merchandise, etc., including oversight for engaging with brand and legal/compliance partners to drive materials through various approval processes.There will be an opportunity to develop extremely strong project management skills as you assist with collateral management, Intranet design and maintenance, sales development skills and a deep understanding of the wealth management landscape and the full-funnel advisory sales cycle in conjunction with the role that marketing plays in supporting the business.Job Responsibilities Support the VP of Client Marketing in delivering effective, strategic plans around client facing content and collateral for JPMA advisors and clients to help drive brand awareness and engagement Own the end to end project management delivery of all client marketing collateral, both print and digital, such as one pagers, brochures, presentations, internal sales enablement tools, guides, etc. Pull together briefs for creative agencies and business cases, socializing details and approach in various forums. Work closely with product specialists and business stakeholders to coordinate on new collateral requests and ongoing updates Collaborate with partners across Marketing Delivery, Legal, Brand, Content, Product, Controls, Compliance, freelancers, etc., to see all deliverables through, adapting scopes, timelines and details for a fast-paced, yet at-times, changing environments Coordinate on several key client marketing initiatives, such as a new ongoing welcome communication mailing for newly onboarded JPMA clients, managing the day to day tasks to keep the project moving forward Manage branded merchandise inventory, such as premium gifts and promotional items. Own vendor relationships as it relates to printed inventory and branded merchandise including proactively monitoring inventory levels and initiating reprints, re-orders as necessary. Developing new processes to better host and organize our collateral and branded items to help drive efficient workflows Continuously find ways to promote collateral and materials to sales teams Assist on developing internal strategy documents that socialize your work to senior management Prepare activity reports to showcase usage of this content, collateral and programs for future success Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 2+years of entry level marketing experience, ideally in an advisor channel within wealth management or other B2B2C or sales/marketing organization. Organization, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects at once, with agility to pivot and multi-task between projects, deliverables and timelines; and flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment Experience in working cross-functionally and collaborating with team members across the organization at all levels Self- starter mentality who takes personal initiative and ownership Curious with a desire to continuously improve and seek enhanced ways to deliver more value Polished and able to flex communication style based on audience and stakeholders Experience and preferably proficient in Microsoft Office - including Excel, Word and Powerpoint Bachelor's Degree requiredPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Experience driving complex projects through to completion a plus Experience in the financial and wealth management industries Experience in budgeting and forecasting Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
