DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Content Manager to join our Technical Sales Team. Your role will be crucial to elevating ColorMasters' brand utilizing all appropriate internal/external platforms by publishing and promoting content. You will also help the Technical Sales Team attract and on-board new Customers, collaborate with HR helping to attract/hire great employees and boost current employee morale by publishing employee recognitions & announcements. The Marketing Content Manager will be given the opportunity to expand their responsibilities over time as they demonstrate mastery.

Successful candidates will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. A 4 year college degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Packaging or Food Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field is a plus but not required. Preference will be given to those with experience in consumer products, polymers, blown film, printing and converting in flexible packaging.
- Proven experience developing digital and physical marketing content, implementing social media strategies, creating or maintaining websites, video editing, and photography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Microsoft Office, social media marketing.
- Attention to detail having both analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills.
- Flexibility to work extended hours if needed.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel (~10%)
