The MarTech Team manages the roadmap, vision, and usage of our MarTech tools and capabilities. We partner with the MarTech Product Owners and Technology to ensure the development of our tools supports Business needs and aligns to our overall roadmap for the MarTech stack. The MarTech team also owns execution within
these tools in support of both Acquisition and Existing Customer marketing campaigns.

Overall purpose of role
Manage and communicate status of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Production projects.
Key Accountabilities
• Author and deploy digital content within AEM, including product information and interface design using
templates and components. Includes proof-reading requirements/copy for quality, accuracy, grammar and
punctuation – adherence to content guidelines and SEO best practices.
• Attend recurring production planning meetings, keep stakeholders engaged and accountable for meeting
delivery timelines, communicate build/target launch dates/publish freezes.
• Assist in maintaining AEM Author Manual and related process documentation.
• Support Development team and Product Owner for testing new features and/or enhancements, must be flexible
to provide support on Sprint Releases to perform QA/PVT during off business hours.
• Be able to follow an established process and adapt to changes within the process guidelines.
• Effectively manage multiple AEM content projects, driving them from start to a successful finish: On scope, on
time, high quality.
• Create and maintain appropriate project documentation, such as project objectives, meeting agendas, minutes,
requirements, issues, action items, metrics, and executive status reports,
• Create, develop, communicate, and maintain project plans to ensure timely completion of projects and
management of stakeholder expectations.
• Drive delivery on all aspects of AEM projects and appropriately leverage responsible team members for project
needs.
• Own communication of project status to the team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Run and coordinate internal meetings; all meetings have an agenda prepared and shared before the meeting
• Work closely with team resources and customers to translate requirements into project schedule tasks and
dependencies.
• Leverage existing processes and identify areas for process improvement, assist with documentation of process
updates and additions as needed to improve efficiency.

• Interact directly with groups within B- to organize website content and digital assets, share progress and
identify/resolve issues.

Person Specification
Skillset in Content Management Systems (CMS) with demonstrated experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and
supporting technologies.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with information technology exposure: Digital Marketing or Computer
Science, or Project Management certification.

• Self-driven, innovative, resourceful, and collaborative.
• Strong time management and adaptability. Ability to work multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years in Web Production/Content Management Systems. Adobe Experience Manager or other similar tools - REQUIRED
strongly preferred. Background in web publishing (Fluent in HTML & CSS. JQuery & JavaScript) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting cross-browser and platform issues, and knowledge of responsive
web page designs.
• Basic understanding of web analytics. Knowledge of SEO and Agile software development best practices.
• Passionate about digital experiences and trends in mobile, web, and other emerging technologies. Web
ambassador with the ability to come up with new ideas and influence others.
