We strive for excellence, never losing sight of providing patients with hope - hope that although their stay is relatively brief, they may find their way to a brighter future.Basic Function:To direct and supervise the activity of the Maintenance Department, performing skilled maintenance repair, and construction duties to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hospital buildings, equipment, and hospital grounds. Manages safety-related documentation activities and forwards information to Safety Committee. Qualifications Supports the Business Development Department with implementation of the facility's marketing plan. Assists in the coordination and execution of projects and tasks as assigned including event planning, referral source maintenance, data entry, community outreach, website and social media platforms content management, and other duties. Performs local marketing functions as assigned by the Business Development Department that support and enhance relationships with new and existing referral agencies and community resources.Work hours are based on departmental, and facility needs and may include day, evening, and weekend hours.Requirements:BA degree in Marketing or Business1 - 3 years of experienceSkills and Knowledge:Experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the medical/psychiatric field.Experience developing creative marketing ideas.Working knowledge of Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.Experience developing internal newsletter including copy, content, and graphicsAbility to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and to adapt to shifting needs.
