Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview:
DBI Projects is looking to bring on a Communications Coordinator to support the company's marketing efforts. This position provides an opportunity for a junior candidate to develop the requisite skills and experience for a career in marketing and business development. A successful Marketing Coordinator will be an effective communication designer and strong task manager.
What You'll Do:
- Marketing Material Development: Design and develop new and compelling proposals, presentations, qualifications packages, website updates, announcements, social media content, and other digital and print marketing content.
- Communication Design: Design custom presentations and graphics to communicate marketing concepts and advance DBI's visual branding.
- Website Management: Regularly update and maintain DBI's WordPress-based website.
- Photography Coordination: Coordinate the process of engaging professional project and headshot photography. As necessary, take interim or in-progress photography.
- Marketing Information Management: Regularly update and maintain DBI's marketing documents, information, and templates.
- Activity Tracking: Track firmwide business development and marketing activities and information. Prepare clear and actionable emails, updates, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-ups. Coordinate across multiple firm leaders to ensure open action items are addressed in a timely manner.
- CRM Coordination: Regularly update company CRM systems in Hubspot and Smartsheets.
- Reporting: Develop periodic marketing reports to firm leadership.
- Lead Research and Development: Identify and research project leads, potential clients, and competitive environment.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning, management, and hosting of periodic DBI networking events. Identify, research, plan, and book priority external events, conferences, and other networking activities to cultivate new leads.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of postgraduate professional experience; experience marketing in the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) or real estate industries is preferred.
- Experience with graphic/communication design, proficiency creating documents and presentations in InDesign, and ability to represent concepts diagrammatically.
Location:
This position is based in our New York City office, 5 days a week in person.

The salary range for this full-time role is $65,000-$75,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
