Location: On-Site at HQ Office in Bridgewater, NJ (Corporate Headquarters)

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually + Bonus Opportunity

About the Role

Content Creation and Strategy

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Performance Ortho's brand voice, resonates with our target audiences, and supports our mission of delivering excellence in patient care.
  • Create high-quality video content, social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing materials that reflect our patient-centered approach.
  • Utilize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to craft personalized content that connects with targeted accounts, highlighting the unique benefits of our services.

Social Media Engagement

  • Manage all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and X), developing engaging and authentic content to increase brand awareness, inspire our audience, and build our online community.
  • Foster meaningful interactions by responding promptly to comments and messages, creating a welcoming space for patients and followers to connect.
  • Utilize analytics to measure social media performance, identify areas of growth, and continually refine our strategies for greater engagement.

Paid Media Campaign Development & Optimization

  • Collaborate closely with our digital marketing specialist to develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring seamless integration with our broader marketing efforts.
  • Support the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of campaigns to maximize ROI, refine messaging, and expand reach.
  • Conduct audience research, develop compelling ad creatives, and manage budgets to drive successful outcomes.
  • Provide backup support across other digital marketing roles as needed, ensuring smooth operations and continuity in our marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content strategy and social media engagement.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, paid media, SEO, and website optimization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Budget-savvy with a history of efficient resource management.
  • An enthusiastic advocate for our mission, capable of inspiring others with a commitment to quality care.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative settings, with strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and project management platforms.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Expertise in SEO and website optimization.
  • Experience in graphic design.
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant platforms.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
