Title: Marketing Coordinator Location: 53 South Ave Burlington, MA 01803 Duration: 7 Month Job Description This is a role for an E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist. - Hybrid work schedule - expected in office Tues - Thurs and WFH Mon/Fri. General overview: Responsible for the day-to-day support of the E-Commerce Merchandising Team for promotions and products that support the objectives of Keurig.com e-commerce. Marketing, Merchandising or Ecomm experience is preferred but not required. The most critical skills needed are attention to detail, organization, accuracy and juggling several projects at once. Candidate scope: A strong administrative assistant would be considered a good candidate for this role, not just an individual with marketing experience. Position Duties/Responsibilities: o Key stakeholder in bringing all onsite assets to life, with close attention to detail to ensure every asset is accurate o Own the end-to-end creative asset project workflow, from brief-in through onsite execution o Own the Keurig.com master promotional activities calendar o Responsible for URL tagging of all onsite assets, to be leveraged for onsite analytics o Update marketing calendars with online activities and campaigns for pods and brewers o Partner with coffee brand teams on creative asset proofing revisions and feedback loop back through the design team o Assist merchandise managers with the execution of online promotional tactics in support of product sales o Participate in marketing meetings with in-house staff (creative briefs, design reviews, weekly KCOM business review) o Own the analysis of all onsite placements to determine effectiveness and look for ways to create efficiencies o ad hoc business performance analysis, leveraging excel abilities o Partner with coffee brands for onsite feature and activation planning Required Skillset: o Exemplary verbal and written communication skills o Solid excel knowledge, inclusive of vlookup, pivot tables and basic sum / average formulas o Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, including the ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and positions o Ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking and effective project management o Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously o Strong work ethic, detail-oriented o Analytical mindset and critical thinking o Ability to pivot and take action quickly o Solid presentation skills o Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment o Knowledge of the basics of marketing, direct marketing focus a plus Software Experience o High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) o Knowledge web analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI) o Proficiency in project/content management software (Ignite/Inmotion/Lytho, Adobe Digital Asset Management, Invision) Level of Experience: • Bachelor's degree with concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or other related field • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in generating/supporting marketing, project management, or merchandising initiatives
