Marketing Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our clients team in High Point, NC. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in consumer goods or retail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aimed at brand development and increasing sales.
- Manage various marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct marketing research and market segmentation to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee direct marketing initiatives to engage target audiences effectively.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on marketing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and consumer insights to guide marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies.
- Handle internal and external communications, including public relations efforts to strengthen brand image.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within consumer goods or retail industries.
- Strong understanding of brand development and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in marketing research, market segmentation, and direct marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in public relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly sales.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Must be onsite in Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC.
Compensation:
- This is a full-time role with a starting compensation package of $60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
