About the position As a Marketing Coordinator at Mesh, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and post-event activities for marketing events. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that events are aligned with the company's brand, messaging, and objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, accommodations, and equipment rental.
  • Marketing funnel: Create email nurture campaigns and cadences to send prospects.
  • Outreach and Sales Support: Support the sales team with the discovery of new potential opportunities, create outreach email campaigns, and support the events KPIs.
  • Marketing Material Preparation: Work with the design team to create marketing materials such as banners, flyers, brochures, and promotional items for events.
  • Promotion and Social: Assist in promoting events through various channels including social media, email marketing, and PR efforts to ensure maximum attendance and engagement.
  • On-site Event Management: Oversee on-site event setup, handle registrations, and ensure smooth event operations.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with event attendees, answer questions, collect feedback, and gather leads for the sales team.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate the success of events, gather insights, and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in designing marketing materials and executing event concepts.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support events as needed.
