Full Time employees will recieve 20% Discount.Marketing CoordinatorParamount Community Living and Rehab is looking for a talented and energetic Marketing Coordinator!Paramount Community Living and Rehab is a FANTASTIC Long-Term Care Facility.As Marketing Coordinator, your primary focus will be outreach and community relations. Education•A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications from an accredited college is preferred but five (5) years' experience in marketing may be recognized in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Experience•Must have marketing experience in Long-Term Care and Senior Adult Services required.•Must possess a thorough knowledge of principles of effective communications, mass media, social media, advertising, policies, education, community relations, demonstration, organization structure, social and activity services, government relations, etc. as they relate to the long-term care operations.•Must possess the ability to plan, organize, and effectively present ideals and concepts to community groups/agencies.•Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.•Must possess the ability to assimilate information from a variety of sources, analyze information and make recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer.•Must possess the ability to establish, implement, and maintain effective working and public relations.Specific Requirements•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.•Must possess a basic knowledge of accounting, contracts, marketing, etc.•Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism.•Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.•Must be of good moral character.•Must possess the ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.•Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.•Must be thoroughly familiar with the laws, regulations and guidelines that release of information.•Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents, staff and visitors based on whatever level they are functioning.•Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing accounting practices.•Must be able to maintain good personnel relations and employee morale.•Must have proficient typing and filing skills.•Must have a working knowledge of office machines and equipment.•Must be sensitive to the Paramount Community Living and Rehab Mission.•Must have strong writing skills/creativity.•Must have meticulous record-keeping skills.•Must have computer literacy.•Must have an outgoing personality/sense of humor (people-person).•Must have strong organization skills and follow-through.•Must possess potential for longevity/vision.•Must be thorough.Available shiftsMonday to FridayWork SettingsLong term care, Nursing home, Rehabilitation centerJob TypeFull-timeBenefits:
