Industry leading consulting firm seeking an up-and-coming marketing professional for a newly created position reporting directly to the head of marketing. The individual will work closely with client leads, functional department heads, and technical teams to support lead generation and sales activities. It offers a casual work environment that embraces positivity, fun, and rewarding experiences without sacrificing high performance and results.Requirements:BA in Marketing or relevant degree3-5 years' marketing experience (ideally within AEC or similar industry)General marketing and sales enablement experiencePresentation development, sales support, industry research, lead capture, and trackingStrong communication and technical abilities (comfortable learning new systems and technologies)Preferred Skills:Familiarity with CRM software and knowledge of best practices (prior experience with Deltek a plus)Willingness to work Monday through Friday in officeCompensation: $70,000 - $80,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.Soni Resources Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
