Architecture firm in Manhattan is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working within architecture or engineering, ideally in a marketing role or similar. Prior experience in architecture, design, construction, engineering or like industries highly preferred.
Hybrid schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
Salary: 65K - 80K, depending on experience
Hours: 9am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Research information to support proposal creation and strategy
- Create and maintain compelling marketing materials (presentations, digital files, print branding etc.)
- Participate in marketing and business development meetings
- Utilize project management skills to oversee marketing, creative and business development pipelines
- Maintain marketing files and databases
- Track submittals and ensure deadlines are met
- Work closely with design and marketing team members on initiatives and special projects
Requirements:
- BA degree in Marketing, Architecture or related field
- 3 years+ of experience in marketing preferably within the AEC fields
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple efforts, establish timelines, and prioritize deadlines
- Ability to collaborate in a deadline-driven team environment
- Quick learner of new systems and proficiency using InDesign and Photoshop
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
