Society Insurance is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & Corporate Communications team. This position works with a team to create written and graphic communications, provide campaign support, assist with events, and complete other marketing activities.
About the Role
* Supports development of marketing plans and recommendations as well as campaign results to marketing leadership.
* Assists team with social media efforts and online presence. This may involve researching/creating material for posts, scheduling posts and using analytics to evaluate results.
* Conducts research and assists with vendor selection for Marketing initiatives.
* Supports Marketing Events Specialist with event communications and other tasks as assigned.
* Produces creative marketing materials or works with third-party vendors to develop them.
* Writes, edits, and reviews content tailored for various audiences, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with brand standards.
* Completes ad hoc projects requiring strong written communication skills, such as creating collateral materials, refining documents, and designing presentations.
* Represents Society by attending and supporting trade shows or events as assigned.

What it Will Take
* Working toward completion of a bachelor's degree in a business or communications related discipline or 3 years of significant experience.
* Demonstrated writing, editing, and proofing skills with attention to clarity, grammar, and detail.
* Basic computer software knowledge (word processing, e-mail, accessing and updating databases).
* Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
* Occasional travel may be required.
