Position SummaryAs a Marketing Coordinator at Steffes, you are instrumental in bolstering brand awareness, engaging customers, and achieving marketing objectives. Your role involves actively contributing to the planning, execution, and analysis of various marketing initiatives, encompassing product launches, digital campaigns, events, content creation, and more. We are modest, genuine, and authentic. Key Responsibilities1. Support the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans.2. Assist in developing marketing programs, campaigns, and strategies to create awareness of Steffes' business activities.3. Collaborate with product teams to execute product launches, promote key product elements, and support events.4. Provide sales support for effective communication of key messaging and branding.5. Develop, manage, and facilitate the execution of marketing programs and tactics, including email marketing, direct mail, interactive/web marketing, sales webinars, and advertising efforts.6. Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to gain insights and assess against goals.7. Collaborate with internal teams to development of promotional literature, content, and other marketing materials.8. Design and produce creative content for marketing initiatives using graphic design and visual elements.9. Research and maintain competitive products, compile market research, forecasts, and competitor analyses to aid strategic decision-making.10. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.11. Ensure consistency in internal and external communications with brand and message guidelines.12. Maintain a positive work atmosphere and contribute to meeting quality and safety objectives.13. Support the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy.14. Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team.15. Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows, maintaining an inventory of sales support materials.16. Help the company meet its quality and safety objectives.17. Other duties may also be assigned. If your work can't be completed as required, notify your supervisor immediately for guidance.•Conduct - Demonstrate and support the Steffes Code of Conduct.•Policies and Procedures - Demonstrate and support Steffes Policies and Procedures by:o Using tact, sound judgement, and maintaining a professional attitude in communication and relationships with others.o Striving to deliver the best quality in daily work.o Promoting a positive image of Steffes and its products.o Being timely and punctual in attendance and following all policies and procedures.Job Requirements/Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business or a related field.•Minimum of 3 years of marketing, communications, or sales experience.•Strong communication and writing skills.•Proficiency in marketing software, including social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools.•Basic design skills with familiarity in graphic design software as a plus.•Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.•Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.•Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.-OR-•An acceptable combination of education and experience.Functional & Cognitive Requirements of Position•This position requires walking, sitting, or standing to a significant degree.•Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 20 pounds.•Must have the ability to climb ladders and/or stairs.•Stooping, crouching, kneeling, and bending.•Handling, feeling, and gripping would be required for some activities.•Visual acuity is required to inspect work completed.•This role may be subject to internal and external environmental conditions•Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
