Nature of Work
Collaborate with the Business Development Team, Proposal Team, Corporate Marketing Team, and Technical Team to help develop, maintain, and update marketing materials for qualifications, presentations, and general marketing use as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Maintain and regularly update the project sheet library, ensuring project information, descriptions, renderings, photos, and other qualification materials are organized and accessible.
* Organize, input, and update information, contacts, projects, and relevant details into the CRM database (Cosential), and collaborate with technical staff to proactively manage and maintain technical data within the system.
* Assist with proposal and qualification efforts (RFQ/RFP), coordinating with internal teams, writing and editing content, designing layouts, and preparing resumes, administrative forms, and organization charts, ensuring alignment with RFQ/RFP guidelines and deadlines.
* Help maintain and organize proposal library information, project data, graphics, staff resumes, and headshot directories.
* Support business development by researching potential leads, developing client strategies, identifying key stakeholders, and recognizing emerging industry trends.
* Stay informed about new proposal/presentation technologies and share updates and innovations with the team.
* Maintain an up-to-date Business Development and industry event calendar.
* Coordinate and execute various internal and external events, including happy hours, event sponsorships, philanthropic initiatives, groundbreakings, and topping-out ceremonies.
* Attend marketing and business development events, assisting with tradeshow planning and execution.
* Support the Corporate Marketing team with content generation for social media, website updates, public relations, and press releases.
* Assist the Corporate Marketing team with project and personnel photography.
* Coordinate client and partner holiday campaigns.
* Manage local award submissions and nominations.
* Maintain a stock of promotional items, research new items, price them out, and reorder as needed.
* Collaborate with the project site team to ensure proper signage is maintained throughout the project's lifecycle and work with other teams as needed.
* Actively participate in at least one professional or community organization (e.g., SMPS).

Education
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or English preferred.
Experience
* Zero to two years or more of related work experience preferred.
