POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company's marketing efforts by planning, executing, and tracking various marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, social media management, and data analysis, to ensure brand visibility and achieve marketing goals; often collaborating with different departments to implement strategies and report on campaign performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Collaborates with leadership to develop marketing campaigns & strategies
* Creates content & posts to social media platforms
* Captures photos regularly in store to keep marketing current
* Designs and sends email newsletters
* Monitors online activity, ensures brand image is positive and messages and comments are acknowledged
* Analyzes data and market research to optimize marketing efforts
* ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Years of experience: 1+ years of experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
* Well versed in social media and computer functions.
* Organized, self-motivated and forward-thinking.
* Creative, collaborative and focused
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
* Travel to both the Harrison, AR and Branson, MO locations will be necessary once to twice per month.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly sitting and doing computer work.
Occasionally walking, standing,
Seldom/Never lifting up to 50 lbs.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
