The Opportunity:
* Support Marketing Manager in day-to-day activities for Master Services.
* Achieve organization and department goals by accepting ownership in completing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
* Plan and schedule all social media posts; respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews.
* Create and post photo galleries and before/after stories.
* Write and post blog posts, job stories, and case studies.
* Visit job sites to gather photos, video, and content for social media.
* Write and post press releases as needed.
* Update website content as needed.
* Update Affiliations and Memberships as needed.
* Audit leads and fix lead sources in i360 (if incorrect).
* Promote referral program via weekly email.
* Plan and coordinate home shows, including registering, paying, and setting up/tearing down booth.
* Update customer reviews that come through website (need to be correctly categorized based on service provided).
* Respond to external reviews and customer feedback (via Google reviews).
* Assist the marketing coordinator with assorted projects and duties as they arise.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
* 1 year of intern/professional experience in Communications or Marketing.
* Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
* Strong writing skills required.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Outgoing personality.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks related to different companies with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organization, problem solving, planning, and time management skills.
* Experience in show or event coordination is a plus, but not required.
* Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
* Exhibit a sense of urgency and ownership of projects through to completion.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency or ability to learn software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Pay:
* Salary: $40,000 per year
Schedule:
* Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
