We seek a Marketing Coordinator to support the Division Sales & Marketing Director in the planning, launch, and evaluation of marketing initiatives for local Woodside Homes communities. The Marketing Coordinator is charged with maintaining brand standards and ensuring that all communications offer thoughtful, service-oriented information, in accord with established marketing objectives, timelines, and budgets. The Marketing Coordinator also ensures that community “storefronts” — our sales offices and models— uphold Woodside's aesthetic standards as well as the functional needs of our sales professionals.
